A renovated in detail and furnished house in a Renaissance style with cultivated backyard, which is 200 sq.m., with rye-grass, in the old part of the village of Dobrinishte, located 5 km away from the ski resort Bansko, Southern Bulgaria. The house is situated on a street and is facing south-north.
There are two floors, luxuriously furnished, with modern and renovated installations. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, two toilets, a kitchen and a 50 sq.m. living-room with a new fireplace with a glass door. The fireplace is connected to the heating installation of the whole house. The heating installation is programmable, available in gas and/or wood and floor heating on the ground floor. In addition, the house has 4 fireplaces. The cellar (not included in the whole area) is 8 sq.m. and its floor is covered with tiles. There is a ladder, which leads to the attic, where there is an opportunity to build additional rooms. The house is equipped with satelite TV.
The detailed renovation was made by a project and recommendations of Austrian experts; the aim was to preserve all original details, including the floors, inner wadding, staircases, inner walls and ceilings.
The house has stone foundations, which are 80 cm thick and continue as stone walls with the same thickness up to the second floor. The rest of the walls are made of bricks, frontal with white gaps. The floors are wooden. All outer walls are insulated with 8 mm styrofoam. There is mineral plaster in the new part. PVC woodwork in wooden colour is installed.
The terrace on the second floor is insulated with styrofoam. The roof has been repaired and chimneys are fully renovated.
